Alyssa's "Where Service Matters" billboard

May 27, 2005 email to Board Members- We have very exciting news this week. Alyssa Tommingo, a very dedicated and admirable residential counselor for Boys Hope was awarded the "Where Service Matters" volunteer service award and will be featured on the 6PM news on Channel 9. Alyssa was surprised earlier this week when Donna Britt arrived to give her the news and conduct an interview of her. Alyssa's picture will also be displayed all day Monday on Baton Rouge's only LED billboard on College at Corporate (as viewed from I-10). Please show your support of Alyssa by watching Channel 9 tonight; and don't worry, if you miss the 6 o'clock news- we were told that it will replay every hour. Thank you and have a great weekend!
