Boys Hope Girls Hope of Baton Rouge Staff:

Executive Director- Meg Gerald

Meg graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Human Resource minor. Prior to working at Boys Hope Girls Hope she was the Catering and General Manager for Unique Cuisine Catering at the Cook Conference Center and Hotel. Meg currently serves on the YMCA Board and the Cancer Services' Chef Showcase Committee. She is also an alumna of Leadership Baton Rouge and is a member and Past President of the Junior League of Baton Rouge.

 

Program Director- Audra Ray

Audra graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Master's Degree in Counseling. Prior to working for Boys Hope Girls Hope, she was an Executive Director for Associated Marine Institutes and managed behavior modification programs for juvenile delinquents in Louisiana, Florida, and Texas. She is an American Red Cross volunteer.

 

 

Office Business Manager- Erica Welborn

Erica graduated from LSU in Theatre and History. Her love for non-profit work began when she worked for United Way on their 2004 Capital Campaign. She is this year's Treasurer of Women's Council of Greater Baton Rouge and is an American Red Cross and Volunteers In Public Schools (VIPS) volunteer. She is also a member of Forum35.

 

Community Resource Coordinator- Christina Bertucci

Christina received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Springhill College in Mobile, Alabama. She worked at Baypointe Mobile Mental Health Facility after graduation, working primarily with children and adolescents. Later, she worked in Human Resources and Customer Relations at Bertucci and Thien, A.P.M.C.

Community Outreach Assistant- Audrey Stevens

Audrey is a Girls Hope of Phoenix alumna and is working as a summer intern for Baton Rouge. As an Americorps volunteer, she is currently strengthening the involvement of our alumni. She will be returning to Colgate University in the fall to pursue her B.A. in Classics.

 

Residential Counselor II- Alyssa Tommingo

Residential Counselor II- Aaron Seavers

Aaron Seavers Aaron received his bachelors degree in English from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. Prior to working at Boys Hope, Aaron was an instructor at Sanford Brown Business College in O'Fallon, Missouri where he taught English, American Literature, Research Writing, Keyboarding and Professional Development.
