• – Are living in very adverse circumstances due to broken families and communities in which they are not able to develop as healthy, productive individuals.


• – Are from families with very little income who are not able to support their child's education.


• – Have an interest in continuing with their education.


• – Are able to get along well with other children and live in a group family environment.


• – Are between the ages of 6 and 12.
