Vida Jovem, in partnership with SENAC, will be offering new sessions of the PET Course (Education for the Workforce). Registration for either the morning or afternoon classes of this 4-month program is now open.  
 
The Course
 
The daily classes focus on contributing to the inclusion of youth in the job market through the development of a skills that expand the possibilities of inserting these youth in a job, allowing them to generate income, providing the financial support they require as they continue to study and become active members of society.
 
Who may participate
 
Youth ranging in age from 14 to 24:
·         who are studying at least at the 7th grade level;
·         whose family income does not exceed 1.5 minimum salaries per capita (R$765,00);
·         who are not already taking another SENAC São Paulo course;
·         who have not failed another SENAC course within the previous year due to absence.

Course duration: 14/02/2011 through 17/06/2011, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm (morning session) or 1:30pm - 17:30 (afternoon session)
 
Documentation required for registration
 
·         Identification card (RG)
·         School records
·         Tax ID number (CPF) of the student or guardian;
·         Confirmation of address (utility bill)
·         Confirmation of income level of the student and guardian (CTPS, declaration of the employer, payment record, etc.)
